Ella 
15th December 1990 - 26th February 2003
Ella (Himwin Sheer Ellagance at Hiswin)  was a daughter of Ch. Miketilla Makata.   
Ella was self red, and a typical chow, with a very stubborn streak.   She was my husbands girl, and he showed her for the first 7 years, I took over when she'd calmed down, hahaha.  She had the most wonderful temperament, and was a brilliant dam, she "taught" puppies and put them in their place, she was such a character,  

 Our proudest moment is when she won the veteran bitch class at Crufts in 1998, shown to breed specialist Mr. Rodney Oldham.   Ella bred four litters, and from her second litter we kept a self red puppy bitch Bertie ( Hiswin Vesta Tilley ) and from her fourth litter, a shaded red bitch Anna ( Hiswin Ann-Ella ).
